Warehouse & Assembly Associate | Camarillo, CA

Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Camarillo, is seeking a Warehouse & Assembly Associate to support multiple production and warehouse functions. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility to work across various departments, including warehouse operations, assembly, testing, and production support.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hour DOE
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, stock, move, and distribute materials throughout the facility.
  • Perform kit pulls, shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and cycle counts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material availability for production.
  • Process incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders.
  • Prepare and process outgoing customer shipments using shipping software and internal systems.
  • Accurately enter inventory and shipping transactions into ERP systems.

Assembly & Production Support

  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly and related production tasks.
  • Use hand tools and production equipment to support manufacturing processes.
  • Assist with software testing, product labeling, component preparation, and other assembly functions.
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards to ensure product accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse, stockroom, or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management strongly preferred.
  • Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • International shipping experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to read work instructions, packing slips, and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at varying heights as needed.

Additional Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Overtime may be required, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
